I am not a full blown Keto diet follower. I do follow a low carb moderate fat diet. My morning breakfast use to consist of a Chocolate Whey Protein shake with Flax Seed. Both of these are to help increase my good cholesterol. However this was all I was eating and is pretty low calorie. I have been increasing my fat a little at each meal because with my carb so low I knew I needed to change a little. I found this Keto Fit which is 15g fat 15g protein and 0 net carb which was great as I didn't really want to add carb.
Adding the cinnamon flavor into my chocolate shake made my current shake taste GREAT! I really love the additional flavor and I needed more calories.
So that said the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I have only enjoyed the shake when adding it to my chocolate protein powder. I have tried the shake in unsweetened almond milk (which I think I just don't like almond milk) and in water and I didn't care for it as much. It wasn't terrible I just didn't like it as much and I had a hard time getting the liquid and powder to mix without it having a chalky feel.
I do think the Keto Fit would be great in a smoothie and possibly if you were to blend it vs using a shaker it may turn out better. Either way I do think it is a good addition if you are following Keto or following a low carb diet but need to add fat.

This is one of the healthier options when it comes to protein powder. My favorite thing about this is that it isn't chalked full of sugars like most of the other ones I've tried in the past are. The ingredients are natural for the most part and don't contain artificial flavorings or colourings. I hate it when I try to drink a supplement like this to improve my health but end up consuming a bunch of chemicals that have the opposite effect. I feel good about drinking this.I am not on a ketogenic diet but I do typically try to eat lower carb and higher quality fats. Some days I don't have time to make a meal and I just want to mix something up quickly without having to sacrifice my diet goals. I like that this doesn't just contain Pea protein. This also has pumpkin and quinoa protein as well. (I love the quinoa) This protein powder is unique to a lot of the other ones out there because this actually has a fat blend in. It contains MCT's, organic coconut oil and avocado oil, which are the good fats and help build muscle. I also love that there is also cinnamon, tumeric, ginger root and baobab fruit in it as well. The cinnamon helps regulate blood sugar levels and the tumeric helps fight the inflammation that heavy exercise can often result from. This also contains quite an extensive mineral blend from seaweed.The instructions say to mix one scoop in with 8 to 12 oz of water or almond milk but I wasn't very fond of taking it this way. First of all, you really need to blend this in a blender because I had issues trying to get the powder to blend evenly. It's very clumpy. Even shaking it in a shaker bottle proved difficult to dissolve these clumps but I found blending it solved the issue. Also, the taste was pretty good but I found that adding it to a smoothie with vanilla flavoring and a banana made it a lot better. On its own it's kind of bland and not very sweet. This is typical of the more healthier and natural protein powders though and I still think it's an excellent high quality powder with some tweaking.
