In the body disposal business, no job is this easy... Two professional 'cleaners' are hired to collect a frozen corpse located high in the mountains and dispose of it in an old warehouse, unaware the body belongs to political activist Darius, brutally assassinated by Nat-Tech Corp. after injecting himself with a deadly virus.

I paid $3.99 to stream this movie and seriously want my money back. I'm afraid to pay for streaming now.

I don't mind low budget like many people do. I don't mind seeing a string holding up a spaceship, like most people do. To me, it's about the story, not the visual.

The picture for the cover is good and interesting. The title implies, to me, a large scale spread of the situation. I have to admit, I didn't watch the last 5 or so minutes so maybe that happened in the end, however, most of the story takes place in a abandoned or in the process of being built, small warehouse type setting.

The acting is bad. The one guy, is kind of funny in a goofy way, only because I've known people who act like that. I think Tom Arnold would have been great in that part. The story, it's like a 6th grade class created this.

At 40+ minutes, all the while I was surfing the Net, waiting for the story to pick up, I finally had to click forward. I ended clicking forward with about 5 minutes left. I have paid much less for movies I could at least sit through.

There are those type of people who find stupidity in acting and storyline funny. If you are one of those, you might find this at least amusing but true horror fans, go elsewhere unless you have run out of options. Still, even desperate, I would not recommend paying more than .99¢ for it.

This movie was not as dreadful as I expected it to be. I actually didn't feel like I had once again been raped by Amazon when I rented this movie. Not overly gory (not that I dislike gore), and not overly scary (a shortcoming). It was reasonably well made despite its obvious low budget and well worth a $2.99 or less rental. If you pay more than that you might feel differently I don't know. If I would have paid $3.99 I would have found myself on the "cusp" of feeling slightly ripped off but overall it was worth the approx. hour and a half that the movie took away from my life and I was somewhat entertained by viewing the movie.
I would not buy a disc of this movie, even a low priced used version. You will not want to view it more than once in my opinion.

Two professional `cleaners' are hired to collect a frozen corpse, located high in the mountains and are to dispose of it in an old warehouse, unaware the body belongs to a political activist named Darius, brutally assassinated by Nat-Tech Corp. after injecting himself with a deadly virus. That's what Ground Zero is all about but I don't know if that's enough.

I'm a big supporter of low-budget movies. Through the years, I've seen quite a few that were great movies, then others that were real stinkers. Take a guess where I'd put Ground Zero at. Sadly, it'd be on the lower end of that spectrum. For a zombie movie, it was okay. It did keep my interest in my watching it and the cinematography was good. However, there were times when this movie was an absolute bore..then, it'd pick up the pace only to bore me again. Seemed as though it was having a hard time making up its' mind what it was wanting to do.

Ground Zero is worthy of a rental, if nothing else. It's not THAT bad of a zombie movie. Don't let other reviewers fool you.

Don't waste your time. This movie sucks and has NO REDEEMING QUALITIES. AWFUL! Even fast forwarding to try and find ONE GOOD ZOMBIE SCENE was a complete failure. Again, don't rent this absoloute piece of crap.

I have to say that this movie was better than I expected but at the same time it's amazing to me that a movie would have characters in it that didn't have a clue about zombies. Is there anyone out there that doesn't know what to expect during a zombie outbreak?? What's the first rule oh yeah, double tap to the head! Anyway, the movie is about a cleanup crew cleaning up some murdered activists for a gangster one of which turns out to be a zombie! There is some black humor in the whole premise but I admit I have a very dark sense of humor. If you don't have anything better to do this movie is worth a look as a rental but I wouldn't buy it.

Im not sure why Amazon is charging for these low budget zombie flicks. They should be free considering most of them suck. This was no exception to the rule. I paid for it, realizing it would probably suck and I was still disappointed.
Hey Amazon, feed the hardcore post-apocalyptic-fear-flick-fans some free fodder. They make the prime gig a little better value.

The idea is great, its why I watched it. An ecoterrorist type tries to smuggle out a superbug to expose a corrupt corporation's illegal experients by having the world watch him expire from exposure. Then said super corp dispatches assassins to cover it up. This much is actually believable and if they had the outbreak kick off from here the movie could have been stellar. Instead they go into character development of THE CLEAN UP CREW that show up to get rid of the bodies. For 35 friggin minutes! By the end of the movie I was thougroughly disappointed with movie but I held out hope that the protaganist's girlfriend would show so we can watch her get eaten. Good for a REEEAL rainy day once. Not much else.

I really hesitated on renting this one. I can't tell you why...something about the review offered with the movie didn't click. I'm glad I took the chance. Yes, there are definite issues with the script...the screen writer is either under 35 or has perfectly captured the self-abosrbed, we're-all-reality-stars mentality of that generation, which the characters so perfectly exhibit...they move too slowly to really be at work, they react too slowly to anything outside of their "normal", they spend too much time on their own peculiar angst about relationships, friendships, know-it-all-ness, etc. YET-based on my own experiences in the real world, this is the real way people that age act...and thus, it works. A little slow at moments, overall very well done....I'd give it four stars. Also, heads up, a very differnt "zombie beginning" and setting for the outbreak. Loved it.
