GROUT PEN White is the most popular of all grout tile colors. It's waterproof when applied directly to unsealed grout lines.
The GROUT PEN I received has a dry white tip, is it broken or did I receive the wrong color?

Tips need to be primed before use, all brand new GROUT PENS have a dry white tip until they are activated.

The tip of my GROUT PEN fell out or is worn down, is my pen broken?

Tips are designed to be removable so when a tip becomes worn or damaged it can be taken out and flipped over. If the tip falls out do not worry, simply put it back in and keep working.

It's quick,easy,covers well and dries fast. There's instant gratification. However, the beige is more like a beigy cream, more yellow than the photos suggest. The felt tip becomes nubby quickly. They should include an extra or prevent it from becoming compressed by making it longer or something. I tried making my own felt tip but this must be a special material. I also think the tip should have more of a v-cut shape to reach into some uneven grout. I basically need to touch up with a brush and similar paint color

I am a professional designer and purchased these pens after reading the reviews. I opened one pen and did a test and the color matched the cap quite well and the client was thrilled with the potential result. That portion of the design project was not slated to be completed until a month later, at which point the 30 day window to return was closed and all the other pens I had purchased had the same gold beige color cap. When I started to paint the grout with the new pens the color that came out of the new pens was cream. Only one of the 6 pens with the beige cap was beige. At that point I had to open all of the pens to figure out if it was a simple mistake but found them all to be wrong (there is no written color on the pen, only indication of the color is the cap). Now some of the grout has been painted with the original good pen and now I have since ordered new pens and they are all bad as well (I had to open them all). Now I am left with a high end kitchen remodel with calico grout colors. It appears to be an Australian company and have tried to call several times and email to no avail. I am out the money with Amazon for the original set of pens, am returning the second set and have no idea how I am going to fix the mess in the kitchen.
