This book as shed light on many things that I did not realize before. It enabled me to realize what was going on with my son, and that the abuse he has witnessed and endured was fuel for his behavior. A great, short, to the point book.

Lots of outdated advice about abusive relationships. I would not recommend this to anyone in the 21st century. Pick up anything by Lundy Bancroft instead.
