If you want to make low low budget movies (<$300k) then you'll find this book useful.
Be aware he is also a producer's rep and charges for services that reputable reps do not charge for. He's part of the business that gets money from people with films that are so crappy they have no chance of making any money. Heck, I understand -- how else can someone like him make money off those films if they don't charge? But if you've got a decent movie, you don't need reps like him.
His description of AFM is accurate, and that's the greatest strength of the book.
