Small but Powerful Book

I was looking for a book on the Loving Kindness Meditation (Metta) and came across this bok. I was intrigued, and wondered if the Forgiveness meditation was the same thing. In the book the author explains it should lead into Metra, which makes sense. You forgive, then send good thoughts. He gives us a mantra to forgive ourselves and others. I have created meditations around them and will as s this to the Loving Kindness Meditation I lead. Good discussions around forgiveness from a Buddhist perspective, and the chapters are super short and to the point.

Transformative. This practice dissolves resentmet, stuckness, hard-heartedness, stubborn obstacles. It requires repetition, intention and motivation, like all practice - indeed - like all worthwhile things. And the benefits exceed calculation. The cost of this book remains trivial next to its benefits to your life. I have finally dissolved some old stuck energy that ossified years ago and I could not get passed, until this practice. Several of my friends are practicing this way and reporting similar progress and success in their practice. If you are interested in expanding love from your heart, buy this book. I love this little book on forgiveness meditation, and rate it as one of the better guides to meditation. It's really one of a kind if one is seeking a form of 'forgiveness' or loving type meditation, and especially in the Buddhist tradition. Highly recommended.
