I put this on my two man ladder stand and based on several other reviews did some mods to it before taking out to the woods.
I assembled this at home and installed velcro strips to secure the roof fabric to the sides. I sprayed the inside of the roof panel with clear laquer.
Took it out to my stand and then used two ratchet straps to secure the roof panel to the tree.
Good concealment as you can unzip the windows as much as you like.
I have left it up for the year so time will tell how long it lasts.
Pros: Waterproof, fits double stand well, quick and easy to attach to tree
Cons: Takes a while to assemble (poor instructions), drop down panels don't completely seal to top of roof (allows weather in), roof is basically flat which allows water to acumulate and sag in sections so you have to push up to remove pool of water (will be the same with snow)
I''ll probably buy a better one and use this as a ground blind so it's easier to remove water and snow from roof.
Also a suggested simple modification if you like things neat and tight- i had some heavy duty sticky velco around and used it to put on corners and in middle. the skirt goes up first then cap -black side up (they dont tell you that)-middle door in front middle.
another modification is to glue fabric screening on insde to keep scent down/visability from animal seeing you. just poke hole in screen for arrow/gun.Also keeps heat in better-wind out/cuts down on sound too (i talk to much-hmm). Invest in ratchet straps and dont leave in woods unless chained/locked to a tree and locked - it wont be there when u get back (too nice of a toy).
I am 50 and tired of frezzng my bippy in a tree stand. Amazon sells small 3000 btu heaters -works well with screening on inside.
OH ! TAKE YOUR VELCRO WITH YOU WHEN TOU SETUP AND ATTACH TO ARM BAR AND SKIRT TO KEEP TIGHT -STAY WARM -STAY DRY
