It goes through the details of the 7 laws, the 7 laws being prohibitions against idolatry, blasphemy, murder, sexual crimes, theft, eating the limb of a living animal, and the injunction to set up courts of justice. It is both a work in progress and quite a comprehensive study which deals with the Noahide law based on Rambam's framework, as set forth in his work, the Mishneh Torah.
Just to summarize, I like it because it explains the laws, has a good introduction, gives good explanations of the extra laws for non-Jews, answer questions that no other book really answers in the third part of its section which is relevant to so many who choose to uphold God's law for non-Jews. Also the author makes himself contactable if you have questions. For me it covers all bases.
However, this is not necessarily a beginner's book and it does not have the language of convincing the reader why Noahide is the proper path, as some proselytizers would like.
Not only is Mori's guidance clear and concise in this book, but each suggestion and law he references has reliable sources that support his argument, which I love.
Hand's down this book opened my eyes, and opportunities, to the lifestyle as a Ben Noach. May it also do so for every reader.
