Brandi Mills is a wife and mother of a toddler and rainbow baby, who has struggled with her own journey through secondary infertility and pregnancy after six losses. She realized quickly how alone one can feel through this journey, so her passion is helping others feel supported through their own struggles.
Brandi is also a Women’s Wellness and Perinatal Life Coach, yoga teacher, and personal trainer, all with certifications in pre and postnatal training. She has a total of ten years working in the healthcare field, including time as a High-Risk OB Ultrasound Sonographer, where her passion for mothers began. She is so passionate about helping women and mothers find their own personal balance that she meshed all of her credentials together to bring a fresh new approach to balance and created The Balancebuilding® Philosophy.
This way of living provides information and tools, including yoga, to help women achieve complete synchronicity between the mind, body and soul, for a lifetime. She is on a mission to share tools to empower others to confidently live as their best selves.
