The person whose feet drop more to the rear wins the race...it’s science. When your weight is more forward on your landing foot, gravity pushes you harder. You run faster or fall. You can run faster with stronger gravity on earth than you can on the moon. Your legs raise you while you are falling to keep you horizontal. Nobody knew that before Jack Nirenstein or the schools couldn’t be teaching that you must push back at the ground to run. You can’t push back at the ground when the muscles in front are supporting your leg from collapsing. You just feel that you are doing it. If this doesn’t get your attention, then you have no desire to help yourself have an easier, more relaxed and healthier life. That being true, you might still be interested in acquiring the knowledge of movement for self transport. It would have served you well had your central nervous system given you the advanced ability naturally. Jack Nirenstein has developed an entire tutorial on everything you need to become a perfect runner and walker. His methods are soft, smooth, rhythmic, efficient, relaxed and fast. Check Jack’s science out with editors, professors and publishers. They haven’t responded at all, or with any criticism. They must fear if the science gets widely known, their professional status would be destroyed. Jack’s intention is to pass on his extraordinary health, fitness and performance sciences.
