These things are great! Our twin girls started crawling and I was worried about running over their fingers when at my desk. So we swapped out the old caster wheels on my chair and put these. I wish I'd done it ages ago since my chair has always slid around too much on the hard wood floor (even with a chair mat). These legs keep it in place but I can still move it easily enough while sitting. Great buy for the price. And I don't have to worry about squishing little baby fingers!
Tip - I see some folks talk about how hard it is to pull off the old wheels. Instead of doing it by hand use a claw hammer to gently remove the old wheels. It makes it way easier.

These are so sturdy that you will not go anywhere. I took the rollers off of my chair because I did not like the way it rolled. The guarantee that you do not move. I like that aspect until I try to get up and can’t. It’s a funny sight trying to back up. I suggest positioning your seat so you can easily get in and out of positions. Super easy to install my 9 year old did it with no instructions.
