With simple writing exercises and a few tips to try out this book is a fantastic starting point.
Although it has some tips and tricks it will only help you begin not finish overcoming your guilt- especially if you are guilt-ridden like a lot of mothers.
The book is laced with personal experiences from other mothers giving it an inspirational feel and the support you may need as you read.
