About Guineith Isaacs
Guineith Isaacs was born in Rotorua, New Zealand, in 1974 and grew up in a haunted house, where it was common for her to see, or hear, the resident ghost moving about his abode. The house was well known, locally, to be haunted, and Guineith’s father had bought the property, with this knowledge, as a deceased estate. Consequently, she has always been keenly aware of the existence of the Otherworld, the Realm of Ghosts and Spirits
She moved to Melbourne, Australia, in 1991, at the age of 17, where she completed her secondary education and was accepted into the University of Melbourne, in 1994, to study Science. She graduated with a BSc. In Environmental Science and Geography in 1999, but chose to be a full time Mom, rather than pursue a career as a scientist.
She now lives on a 20-acre farm in Central Victoria, where she works as a Professional Psychic, Writer and Radio Broadcaster.
She is the author of "The Lover of the Pirate King", which is the first book ever to tell the tale of the love affair between Bartholomew Roberts, the Pirate King, and his "Intimayte Friend", Pirate Surgeon George Wilson.
Guineith's husband, Archie McIsaac, was a 'retired' gang leader and Pentecostal Minister,
who asserted that he was "The Tee-Total Pirate King". During past life regressions, Archie and Guineith saw that she was his lover, a Pirate Surgeon who lived in his cabin with him.
Guineith didn't fully believe the reality of these things, and she considered that the very idea of a "Tee-Total Pirate King" was absurd! However, when her husband suddenly died, she began to research the historical background to these claims, and found that they were true!

At the beginning of November 2018, the Ghost of George Wilson began to manifest at Guineith's farmhouse. Among other incidents, he left a "Selfie" on her cellphone (which is included in the photo gallery) which Guineith Isaacs used as a reference to draw his portrait (also in the Gallery).
He made it abundantly clear that he wanted this book to be written, he wanted his story to be told. And it was written, within just nine days, between the 2nd and the 11th of November 2018!
This novel is, of course, a work of fiction. It is NOT a historically accurate account. At times, event timelines have been altered, for the sake of plot flow. For example, the burning of the slaver (The Porcupine) happened a week before Robert's death, and not the day before, as in this book, and it happened at Whydah (Ouidah), not at Cape Lopez.
Just don't get hung up on it and take the novel for what it is written it to be...a Swashbucklingly Good, Erotic, Pirate Adventure Romance!"
And because "The Lover of the Pirate King" is a Romance, you can't have the main love interests dying, and so, in this book, Roberts and Wilson both get their Happy Ever After ending, and yes, there is a sequel (and a prequel!) in the works...So Stay Tuned, for the Next Exciting Episode!

Post Script...
Archie McIsaac died, of natural causes, in Queensland, Australia, in July of 2003. According to his expressed wishes, he received a full burial at sea, forty nautical miles off the Capalaba Coast, that was officially arranged for him by Guineith Isaacs herself.
At the time, neither she nor Archie knew anything about the death or final wishes of John "Bartholomew" Roberts...
So, Rest in Peace, Archie,
You Truly Are the Tee-Totalling Pirate King!
