This baking chocolate is made of 38% all-natural fair trade certified cacao for a milky-light chocolate taste with fruit and malty tones and unique complexity. These artisan-made chocolates are also USDA organic Non-GMO, peanut free and gluten free. See nutrition facts panel for allergens. Includes one 12 ounce bag of guittard milk chocolate.
