Once you have written down that information you go onto taking your circumference measurements at 9 different parts of the body. The chart works by ticking the box of the muscle group you trained that day. For example. On Monday 7th May 2016 if I trained Chest and Core I would tick the Chest and Core box for that specific date. At the end of each week I would write down the total number of workouts I performed on that muscle group and any extra notes I have in the notes section beneath the week. This workout planner is the size of 4 sheets of copy paper joined together. It is printed on heavy paper and it clear and easy to read. Set up for 12 weeks of tracking workouts, each day has a column for chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core, and cardio. It makes it easy to see if you aren't working on certain areas of your body consistently.
It also has a place for starting measurements each week - weight, body fat, and the measurements of certain body parts like arms, chest, waist, etc.
I just started using the chart, but it is going to be helpful in making me more accountable in keeping up with and doing my workouts.
The only thing I wish is that it was laminated so that I could reuse it. Or that it were larger and lasted for more weeks.
