We were hopeful. Oh, well.

      I bought this cushion for my 6 year old son to aid his sitting position whilst writing, along with the posturite slant board.(He has Hypotonia and Dyspraxia.) The product is simple to set up, however, its up to you to decide how much air to put in. Too much and it feels like you might pop it. It requires a football style pump to blow it up briefly, and a very quick hand to put the stopper back in. I think the procuct is slightly expensive for what it is, and should come with a small pump. Having said all that, its the best product I have ever bought. It seems to sit a child quite upright to the table, which is something to do with balancing out their central core. (Not that I claim to understand this much.) My son thinks the knobbly bits on the cushion are "very funny", which all helps when trying to introduce a 6 year old, to a new product. we have taken it to school and the teachers say his concentration has improved 100%, and he sits very proud to the table.(Bearing in mind this comment has come from a teacher who doesn`t seem to like any products that support a child with additional needs, one size fits all teaching.) I dont quite know how this happend on just the first use at school, and my son loves it. I will definitly buy a second one for use at home. BIG THANKS to the blue cushion makers.
