I’ve used these wrist straps in the gym for a while now. Some of my workout partners have also borrowed the straps and stated how wonderful they feel and how sturdy they feel in their hands.

The cloth straps feel extremely thick and have not shown any signs of wear after a few months. The color is vibrant and beautiful and does not wear off with sweat. It definitely takes some getting used to to get your grip proper with the weight but I’d definitely recommend this for people who don’t have hulk grip strength and need some extra help keeping the weights in their hands.

These straps serve their purpose well. I have been using these about 6 months with heavy barbell weights and they have no sign of wear. You do need to hold the strap around the bar, but I personally like this— it provides all the support (grip and less stress on hands and forearms) needed and allows you to open your hand and drop the bar when needed without it taking you down along with it. If you want something that allows the bar to simply hang from your arms, get wrist straps with lifting hooks instead of this.

UPDATE 1.5 yrs later: still able to make use of these straps. They have began to wear down and fray on the sides but still usable and I’d still say they are well worth it for the price! Will be using as long as I can
