I mostly picked this book up because of my natural interest in the topic, however, like everyone else there are a few "habits" that I have that I would love to get rid of.
What I like most about this book is that it's never boring! I was hooked from the introduction all the way to the last page. Not only does the writing style really keep your interest, but the book itself gives you lots of refreshing ideas on how to break a habit and simplifies the details so the process isn't quite so overwhelming.
I'm really looking forward to putting some of these suggestions into action and seeing what improvements I can make in my life!
I recommend this book!
Well written and straight-forward, Kathie Thomson's The Power of Habit is not one to miss.
