Bluetooth works great, but is a little laggy.

Battery is great. Love the fact that it has a rechargeable battery, although the USB plug on the device is NOT GENERIC USBminiA or USBminiB.

Typing... eh. They are rubber keys. It very often will put a letter in twice in the middle of a word without you knowing until you read it. Lots of backspacing. The hinge is inconveniently right where my thumb hits the space bar (but hey, i don't blame them for that, it happens.)

It's marginally an improvement on the screen-keyboard of most devices. And honestly, the $0.99 app swiftkey3 is easier to type on than this physical keyboard.

TLDR: Great battery, terrible for typing.

Very convenient. Takes some getting used to. Especially the space bar (key). I find it very easy to work with and makes my IPad writing so much easier. Highly recommend.
Great service. Quick shipping.

Made from flimsy plastic, never held even a slight charge (Might not even have a battery built into it), and I could never get it to hook up to any bluetooth-enabled devices (And before user error is questioned, I've used plenty of other bluetooth devices. Other keyboards, portable speakers, headsets). The option for the device just never showed up. Complete garbage.

The HDE folding Bluetooth keyboard paired easily with my Nexus 7 tablet once I figured out the procedure and works reasonably well; the keys are a fairly mushy. The manual is in Chinese and fractured English so it isn't very helpful - to pair the keyboard turn it on, press the tiny button just below the two LEDs on the right side of the keyboard, then run your target device through the Bluetooth search process. This keyboard is certainly better than any touchscreen keyboard I have used for writing a longish email or logging into a remote server. It does have a full complement of keys including Ctrl (which is not included on most touchscreen keyboards) so it works well with an SSH client and it folds up to a compact size. It doesn't use the Micro USB connector found in most modern cell phones and tablets but the correct cable is included in the package. Overall the HDE keyboard is inexpensively made but it doesn't cost a lot - a reasonable value for the price.

The keyboard worked pretty good until roughly a year later, when a handful of keys stopped working. I had only used it every now and then, not even once a week, so it did not get any rough wear and tear.

I contacted HDE and it only added to the frustration. They sent me instructions for a keyboard that is clearly not this one, with a button that does not exist. I asked for the correct instructions, and in response they asked me if I wanted a replacement or refund. So I asked for a refund, to which they responded with "you don't get a refund." (??) I said if you're not giving me a refund that you just offered me, then please respond to my original question. They sent me more detailed instructions for a different keyboard .
When I told them the instructions are useless because they do not pertain to the product they sent me, the response was "Unfortunately, that is all the information I can provide to you.'

So, HDE does not understand their own products, (not even the physical details) and they have no meaningful instructions for their own products.

And like other reviews, the keys were mushy and the response laggy. It took me twice the time to type something because I was always going back to delete duplicate letters, etc.
The only good thing that came out of this is that I didn't pay the price that other sites are asking for this keyboard. I got maybe a few weeks' worth of use out of it, and as for tech support, you're on your own.
