Not directly applicable to Coleman CT100U Motovox and Mega Moto.It may not fit right away, and you need to fabricate the brake bracket. This mini bike brake kit is a direct fit for DB30 equipped with rear wheel disc brakes only. When mounting the DB30 mini bike with disc brakes, it is important to ensure that the rotor is centred in the caliper for correct operation. Due to the manufacturing tolerances of these mini bike, you may have to adjust the calipers for proper alignment.

Great upgrade for your mini bike!
When I got my mini bike it had a tiny little 97cc engine in it along with a cable driven bicycle style brake. When I decided to upgraded it to a Predator 212cc with more than double the horsepower of the original brake I knew the only thing more important that more power, was more stopping power.This is a nice little kit and a great upgrade, it does require some tinkering however. It fit my existing DoodleBug DB30s brake disc and brake mounting tabs perfectly, but since the bike had seen some better days I paired it with a new brake disc (which is *super* cheap here on Amazon, so why not?).Two main issues were hard when installing this kit.First, I had were that the system comes pre-filled with brake fluid and lines already installed, however the lines were folded to fit into a small box. So trying to "straighten" the lines out to run along the frame requires a little coercing. I found that laying them out in the sun on the driveway for an hour or so first really helped soften them up and make them more pliable to straighten out. I still ended up having to loosen the banjo on the caliper and re-orient the line.Second, the brake caliper requires some shimming with washers to get the pads centered on the disc. This worked okay initially but after some running around the neighborhood (sorry neighbors!) the pads started binding and catching on the disc. I discovered it was a two part issue. First the brake line imparts pressure on the caliper pushing it every so slightly, so I ended up getting the brake line just right and zip-tying it to the frame pretty heavily to keep things secure. Secondly the caliper and pads were angled, most likely due to the force of the pads grabbing a rotating object. I ended up removing one washer from the front caliper slide pin so it had one less than the back one and it worked flawlessly. (see my video attached, you can see the caliper body isn't parallel to the disc)Ever since those minor tweaks I've had nothing but great stopping power out of this kit. It can lock the rear wheel with ease. I've taken my mini on steep wooded trails and drug the rear brake the whole way and never had a single issue!If you're going to add more power to your mini, make sure you add more stopping power. Remember, it's not the speed that kills, it's the suddenly becoming stationary that does.

Easy to install. Wish I would of got rid of the classic cable brakes long time ago. Simply just take off old brake cable and caliper and install the new hydraulic brakes. I saved my two bolts that held on my old red brake caliper for the new brakes. Works flawlessly. Install was on a doodlebug mini bike with predator 212

Maybe my mini bike is just different or something, but for some reason, it was not bolt-on and easy fit like described, even though I have the baja doodlebug racer this is specificly made for! I did manage to makeshift it on with some washers, but I wish it just went right on! But, other than that, these are great brakes. They feel really nice, have good pressure, and look great!

Also has connections for 12 volt brake lights another Plus ! Also received extra brake pads. Huge improvement over the old caliper. Huge improvement in Stopping Power !
