Verified Purchase
After a great deal of research, we purchased this video card in order to push HDMI output to our new Samsung LCD TV. Not only would it not push out the HDMI, but it wouldn't even push out DVI to our 22" monitor (VGA works). HIS is based in Hong Kong and seems to have no real tech support or even detailed knowledgebase information about this card. My husband and I are both IT professionals; graphics cards can be finicky, but we spent a lot more time than we should have trying to get this one to work.

You also want to be aware that the output is a new technology called DisplayPort. It looks a lot like HDMI, but needs an adapter - we purchased StarTech #DP2HDMI, also from Amazon. Of course, that didn't fix our problem.

We replaced the card with a VisionTek Radeon HD4550, which works wonderfully and has a Toll Free Tech Support number on the side of the box.
