Just wanted to comment because another review erroneously claimed that these weren't cherry profile. The "profile" is the shape of the keycap (not the stem that it mounts to). Many keyboards come with "OEM profile" keycaps that look similar to cherry profile but are taller in shape. Both are "cherry mx compatible" as in they both mount to the same cherry style switch stem.

As for the actual keycap set it seems exactly as expected, I bought this to get a few weird sized keycaps that didn't come with the GMK 9009 set, the colors match pretty well imo

I just want you to know that I really like the feel and the look of the keycaps. I got the 9009 version and they look so good. The only thing thats holding this set back from being a really great buy is that the size of each keycap is about half the size of a regular cherry profile keycap. the keycap molding and layout is the same as cherry profile but I guess you can say they are a low profile version. I really want to like them!

I really wanted to try new keycaps on my Kemove Snowfox keyboard (Comes with OEM profile). There were a few interesting keycaps sets that looked nice however they did not come with amazon prime and they were very pricey ($100+). These hit the spot, they have a nice color theme and came at a good price.

The keycaps are cherry profile and most importantly of all they include the Mac modifier keys (command and option). This is a deal breaker as other keycap sets don't include the command or option keys. These are also dye-sub meaning that they keycap legends will last for a long time. These caps feel pretty smooth and feel a bit more studier than my OEM ones. The LED bleeds a bit though the ESC and Enter key on the highest setting (It does not bother me).

Overall, I am super content with this key cap set. I think this is a neat deal and I hope my review and images help you :).

Spacebar sticks on all my boards

Love the kit. The first one I received had a sticking spacebar and missing F9 key. Amazon replaced it. The next kit came with the F9 key but the spacebar sticks again.

I wrote HK Gaming Unlimited and the said it might be my stabs but they'd send a replacement. I wrote them back explaining that I tested six other space bars.

There is a flaw with their spacebars that will manifest on many but not all boards. Here are the boards I tested and the results:
1. KBD75V2, Zealios 62g, GMK screw-in stabs - Fail
2. GMMK TKL Box Jades, GMK Plate stabs - Fail
3. Drop Ctrl High Profile, Halo True 65g, GMK Plate stabs - Fail
4. Varmilo VA87M Beijing Opera, Cherry Brown, Stock stabs - Pass
5. Ducky One2 SF RGB, Cherry Brown, Stock stabs - fail

I will update this review to a higher rating if they are able to send me a corrected spacebar.

These were the only keycaps on amazon with Mac keys that also support 75% layout (although pgup, pgdn, and end keys were not the right profile for a 75% layout, see my picture above). Decent quality and a nice color selection. They really give you options for almost any keyboard layout. Quality is okay, the edges at the bottom of keycaps are alittle rough but not noticeable. Also the # symbol over the 3 looks sideways to me. Over all an excellent value for such a variety of keys.

This is one of the very few keycap sets on Amazon that includes keycaps for Mac layouts!

The dye-sublimated legends feel sturdy and don't feel like they'll wear off over time. The PBT has a nice texture and is a good thickness.

The caps are Cherry profile, meaning there are sharp edges on the corners (as opposed to rounded edges on OEM caps), and you might experience interference if you are using north-facing switches.

If your keyboard is backlit, the lighting will bleed through the caps, and it doesn't look too good.

Overall, if you like the aesthetic, I'd say go for it. It's a pretty good set and should be compatible with almost anything out there.

I used the 9009 139 keycap set on my Keychron K2 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard with Clear rubber O-Rings under them. I saw a lot of reviews about the spacebar but that just isn't an issue for my set.

I first did a "drop" test for the keycaps. I took the Stock ABS K2 key cap and one of the new PBT caps, and dropped them both. The ABS one sounded like a lego, while these PBT one's sound more like a domino falling. A very satisfeying sound. I will update if any of the legends fade or rub off, but they seem well printed and dark. Some reviews noticed poor quality control in this part of the keycap, but my set begs to differ. They might have changed or upgraded their tooling in the production line if so!

To top it off, they came in organized trays you can store your old keycaps in. I'd just buy these ASAP if you are still on the stock keycaps they are that good. The 9009 keyboard was origonally a cheryy MX Black (Linear). I was using these on Gateron Browns (Tactile) just for reference.

Great looking keycaps, shift fits lots of 65% keyboards, smoother texture than Razer or Ducky PBTs

Like the colours of the keycaps a lot, more than the Ducky black PBTs that I used to have on my custom ISO keyboard (see before and after photos). These PBTs feel a lot smoother in texture and less 'matte' than Ducky or Razer PBTs. They are not RGB PBT keycaps where the RGB can pass through the letters on the keycaps. Sufficient quality as light does not pass through the grey or blue keycaps but you can see the light through the yellow keycaps (hence 4* and not 5). A positive to this kit is the ISO modifier keycaps which allows full UK layout - very rare for custom keycaps. Even more of a rarity is support for 1.75U shift keys found on a lot of 65% keyboards (Womier K66 and Ducky One 2 SF are 2U I think). Definitely prefer the feel of the keycaps over Razer after market PBT keycaps. However, £40 is still a lot to pay on top of a keyboard for most people (although very little compared to enthusiast level sets suck as GMKs) hence assuming this is geared towards those starting to get into customising keyboards, i.e. entry level. Looks great with my Razer Gears of War mouse!

Thought I'd add a couple of minor observations, the legends on the additional ISO UK 2 and 3 keycaps are in a little different position that the rest of the key cap set. Not enough to notice at a glance but if you were to stare you can see it.

Good quality PBT keycap set for ANSI/ISO keyboards

I’ve been on the lookout for a decent quality PBT keycap set for my filco TKL for a long time. Actually started looking well before December 2019 but then COVID-19 hit us and well everything went sideways in terms of stock, availability, delivery and manufacturing.

A lot of keycap sets on Amazon cater for ANSI layout keyboards only as they are in reality the more popular layout. Some kits purport to be both ANSI and ISO but only provide partial support for ISO caps.

The sets listed by HK Gaming fortunately provide full and proper support for ISO UK keyboards and include the double quotes, British pound, ampersand and large Enter keys.

The keyboard originally was supplied with Filco ABS keys and I wore those down to a shine in about 4 years. They were replaced with a set of tao hoi dolch keycaps which were ok but again made of ABS and starting to shine.

This is the first PBT set that I’ve had the pleasure of owning/using. Initial impressions are very good as they caps arrived within 24hrs of ordering and securely packaged in thick cardboard box. The caps themselves were enclosed in two plastic trays. The first tray contained the alpha and function caps and ANSI modifiers. The second tray contained the ISO caps, number pad and cursor key caps.

The caps themselves are a lower profile than the tao hoi caps (oem vs cherry mx). The surface of the caps is smooth which is unusual for a PBT cap but reading the reviews for HK Gaming keycap sets is to be expected. I’d have preferred the more usual rough or stippled finish that you get with standard PBT caps but in reality for me it’s a minor complaint given the price.

The caps were easy to replace on the keyboard and a key cap puller is included in the box if you don’t already have one. Swapping the caps over took about 10mins and the result is a cleaner fresher looking keyboard now with a slightly lower key profile.

The legends on the keys are sharp and clear, only minor observation I’d make is that the spacing between some of the legends doesn’t match up. It’s very slight though and not something that would cause me to return them, you’ll have to judge that for yourself though. If you want perfection with a keycap set then be prepared to pay a lot more than £40.

The difference in the type of plastic and thickness of the key caps has also altered the key sound of each key. It’s a little less high pitched now e.g. when you bottom out the key the tone is lower and deeper then with the ABS cap it has replaced.

Overall, I like the 9009 set, it’s a little retro but with a splash of colour and it suits the Filco TKL to a tee. After all filco keyboards have no RGB lighting (well no lighting at all, apart from caps/scroll lock) or gimmicks that seem to be prevalent on gaming keyboards. These caps are good quality replacement caps for the money and I’d have no hesitation in recommending these to someone wanting to get a replacement/second set without breaking the bank.

These are good quality, low profile keycaps.
These are dye sublimated so they won't wear down (unlike printed keys) and are made from PBT so they don't feel cheap to the touch. Which ABS ones do.
The price is totally fine for what you get which is a complete set of Key caps that should fit most any UK or US keyboard fitted with Cherry MX like keys.
It also comes with a key puller, which is a nice little bonus.

The price is excellent considering what you get, as far as I can tell, you get every single keycap that you could need and I've tried these on my 60, 75 and TKL keyboard layouts and all the keys fit perfectly, so that's always nice.

Feel:

To be perfectly honest, I don't really like the feel of the keycaps. Although they're marketed as PBT, they do definitely feel like ABS keycaps, a little smooth, a little slippery at times, but maybe that's because I'm coming from the Ducky One 2 Mini and I'm very used to those keycaps after having used them for a really long time. I think this will definitely a make or break for a lot of people. I've not been using them for long, so hopefully they'll get better or rather feel better with time.

Conclusion:

I'm very happy /w the product, I think for the price it's second to none. They seem good to type on, they're slightly lower profile than Ducky and Leopold keys, so that's always nice as well. No bad keys on my side of things, no wobble, everything is tight and really nicely fitted. Would definitely advise these for someone looking to get a nice keycap replacement set.
