HOOKER'S GREEN IN NEW YORK,
An Art Mystery
by Hyacinthe Kuller Baron.
As Innovative and as brilliant as the author's art, the Barons adventures are the ride of a lifetime as they leave California and return to their hometown, New York City so Ed can fulfill his promise to his artist wife to open a gallery on Madison Avenue. The result is a journey that is part Memoir, part Fiction and great story. A must read for those who are--and those who wish to be daring adventurers. The Barons meet, marry in a week, and are off on the journey of a lifetime, taking you along with them. Three books in the series are currently published: HOOKER'S GREEN IN NEW YORK, LAVENDER IN LAGUNA AND BURNT SIENNA IN SCOTTSDALE. Don't miss a moment of the excitement.
From the Author
From the moment I met Ed Baron in our psychiatrist's office in NYC, I knew he was the one. I was going to be 35, had a 17 year old son and wanted a baby. With a successful career as a professional artist I knew I also needed a business manager as well. It wasn't easy in the '70's for a woman and an artist. I didn't know that we were about to embark on the ride of a lifetime! Twenty years later with our son full grown and a tenured English Professor, with Ed's son now installed as COO of a leading Internet Search Engine...it is time to invite reader's along. Hope you enjoy the adventures as much as we did.
It begain with a trip to California where I created the lithographs that are now in the Smithsonian and other museums, where we honeymooned on Hawaii, lived in Beverly Hills and Laguna and finally, got pregnant.
