I buy a lot of stuff... and, like many people, I try to save a little money where I can.
I bought this because there seems to be a ton of these types, and this one had the best reviews.
Installation was fast and simple, as this was a replacement for an analog unit.
The display is, indeed, bright and nice looking, as you see in the pictures, and it fit perfectly in the space provided in the pods.
The Sending Unit, however, is garbage.
It either came from the factory broken, or it broke when I put the nut on it. Either way, it doesn't read temperature.
I have ordered another manufacturer's Sending Unit which should be here in a few days.
I can then replace the broken unit with the new one. I should then get a reading and be able to comment further.
