Deliberately misleading

I bought this book in this hope that it would instruct me on the best course of action for avoiding large maritime vessels. As this book has an almost identical title to the one I had intended, I picked it up and left.

Imagine my frustration when I encountered a huge ship that very afternoon. Instead of being informed on the best course of action, I was treated to what I can only describe as a feeble attempt at humorous banality on the subject of excrement. Huge shits are not a problem in my area due to an over numerousness of bin men. I only just managed to avoid that huge ship, but it was luck rather than judgement, and I doubt other encounters will end as favourably.

I post this review in order that others will not make the same mistake.

Great value for such an informational book

I found this book to be a great value considering that similar avoidance books are currently selling for over $1,500. However, I was a little misled by the title, as I thought it was more about how to avoid having large bowel movements, not physically avoiding stepping in dog feces. Still, if the knowledge gained from this book deters me from stepping in one single pile of dog droppings, then it was well worth the dollar price tag.

I would definitely classify my boss at my last job as a huge s***. Likewise, my eldest son -- boy's a HUGE s***. I purchased this book to teach myself proactive strategies and sneaky ninja tricks for avoiding the both of them, but to no avail. I tried to talk to my wife about it, but she just laughed at me and called me a weaselly failure. Come to think of it, she's a huge s*** too and so is pretty much everyone else around me. They're UNAVOIDABLE.

I love seeing this product as a mockery to the worst book ever written.

I hate John W. Trimmer. He ruined my social life. I don't get invited to parties anymore, all my friends have deserted me, and I haven't had a passenger in 13 months.

What.. the.. hell.. is this?!

Ok, so this is not a book you can take seriously, but it's a bit of a laugh. It's a short ebook and it's got humour I guess.

When I got this book I was honestly not expecting anything particularly decent but in all honesty, I think it could do with being in print rather than an ebook.

You remember those little books of text talk and things you used to get in book shops? Little book of insults, little book of.. just about anything you could think of.

Well I think this should be one of them. Obviously it's not something you buy expecting literary masterpieces but it doesn't exactly strike me as something for the kindle.

It was a laugh and passed some time on the train but that's it.

It is much better to get the sample of this book than look at all the blank pages, that fill up the remaining pages of this rather crap book.

It starts off sounding like a comical look with loads of chapters and sections. But WTF! They go no where. If I could tell myself some good advice, It would be, don't buy this book!
