All parts received ahead of schedule intact and well packed in box. Monitor was small and not real clear but I expected that. Replaced it with my old Samsung 27” and it is fine. Could not find the wifi adapter until I realized it was already plugged into a USB port. It functioned but lost connectivity too often. I am 30 feet from my router in another room. I had an extension wire made for a Netgear wifi adapter so I plugged it in that and elevated the adapter and it is working great now. Screaming from website to website now. Keyboard is cheap as is the mouse [very small] – but both work so I am using both for now. One good thing I was not expecting was the hard drive size being 1.8TB. Huge capacity. All-in-all I will say I got about what I expected and is great value for the price. Would I buy it again? Most certainly.

Arrival: The computer arrived within two days which was much earlier than the shipping date provided. I was extremely happy about that. It was well packaged. The directions were okay.
For the money, this is a decent device. The CPU is refurbished with no glaring scratches. The HP monitor is new. They did a good job of providing more than enough cables. I forgot how loud these older desktops can be.
Issue: Unfortunately, the computer would not boot on arrival. I received a non-system disk or disk error. I suspected that the hard drive was not connected, but I didn’t want to open the case because I didn’t know how that would impact the warranty.
Support: The support hours are Mon-Friday 9 to 5pm central. I found the issue at 10pm. I sent an email to the address on the website. The next day I called them. I had to select the Amazon customer option for someone to answer the phone. Their prompts try to force you to leave your number for a call back. I won’t go into details about how annoying that was. I have never experience tele-prompts like their system before...interesting.
The young man that assisted me was very helpful. He asked me to open the case and plug in the harddrive. I did that and the machine booted. Once someone answered the phone things were good.
I plugged in a Logitech webcam, and a usb Logitech headset. The drivers loaded with no problem. We practiced a Zoom call to make sure all the peripherals are ready for school next week.
I used ethernet and wifi with no issues.
The keyboard and mouse are basic. I actually like that they are wired so she doesn’t drop them on the floor as often. After she breaks these, I will replace with a wireless set that we have in the house.
If I have any more issues with this device I will update the review. If I didn’t have the hard drive issue I would have given them a 5. For the money, this is worth a try.

Doesn't even hit the low benchmarks. Case is broken and won't close, tried for an hour. The monitor case also cracked and broken. Slow and doesn't even run the simplest games without lag. WiFi adapter kinda works? It sees the 2.4 networks around but it is incapable of connecting to my WiFi with the right password, and putting the computer by the router is not possible, nor is moving it (I'm not spending more money just to get WiFi when it should be there with the adapter). Thought I'd take a risk and maybe upgrade as I go along but I'd have to replace almost all the components for it to run alright. Got what I deserved for seeking out a PC so cheap. Asking for refund and just gonna buy a few parts to build myself a PC instead. Should have done that in the first place.
Giving a 3 star just because it does work, it just doesn't work for me.

I'm very happy my new computer. I have been running a 12 year old laptop, with a 100mbps ethernet card, and... The difference is absolutely mindblowing. I have been wanting to get into streaming my custom model builds, and this little powerhouse does that in spades. I hesitated on leaving a review, as I was a little concerned about the monitor (which was upgraded to a 20" at no additional charge) as the VGA cable that came with it seems to have been defective. The screen worked fine, but the image was grainy, blurry, and full of static. I had already ordered a DP to HDMI adapter, and waited to get it to make sure the monitor was good, and that it was the VGA, sure enough, the VGA was no good. The picture is perfect now, and I am thoroughly impressed with my new computer.
The mouse and keyboard were new, as I suspect the monitor was as well. The low profile of the tower is nice and the cooling fans are suprisingly quiet.
