Go to settings > Update and Security > Windows Defender (turn on if off) > Performance and Health > Fresh Start
It takes a few hours but the end result is a much faster computer and quicker boot time. Once its finished, go back to windows defender and download all the updates the computer needs.
Next, go to ninite.com and bulk download all the applications you need. I recommend AVG and Malwarebytes for antivirus, Slimdrivers to update your drivers, and Steam.

I have posted the benchmarks that I got for this computer, and I have no complaints. It says Sub-optimal CPU, but thats with only AVG in the background. Most people will also have steam and chrome open so results may vary. Overall, not a beast, but will run games very well.

I can't add much to what others have written. This is a fine out of the box game machine at a very reasonable price. I actually use it primarily as a business machine, but it does a great job of streaming Steam games to my TV. I did add a small (120gb) SSD just because I had one leftover after a laptop upgrade. Since I was doing that anyway, I went with a clean Windows install, wiping the hard drive.
I don't recommend you buy this with the idea of replacing the CPU/GPU/Memory. There are better motherboards if you want to build a machine. The attraction of this one is that it does a great job with most games out of the box. No muss, no fuss. It just works.
For games: Fallout 4, Overwatch, Destiny 2 and Fortnite can all be played on Ultra settings with steady frames over 60. I've gotten PUBG to keep at 80 fps or higher on high settings. HITMAN (2016) had to be played on low settings to maintain a steady 60 fps.
Streaming has been a bit more complicated. PUBG chugs with Chrome and OBS running, so I had to knock the settings down to medium to keep decent frames. Down the line I'm going to invest in more RAM.
For dual monitors, you need to plug them into the ports on the graphics card near the top, not the lower ones on the mother board.
Sound quality is fine through the default 3.5 mm plug. I have not tested HDMI audio out.
Adobe Premiere takes a few seconds to load and tends to hang, but not enough to cause problems or slow down my work flow. Videos export at twice the length (a 30 fps video exports at 60 fps. A 30 min video is done in about 15 min.) Photoshop runs fine and exports fast.
Overall I'm happy with it. It was an upgrade from my last which was underpowered and out old. I will definitely upgrade the RAM and maybe even invest in an i7 (I think the power supply can handle it) I haven't opened it up to see how upgradable it is, though.
If you're on a budget but want to play newer games at High settings, buy it. At $700, it's a deal, just know you might have to compromise.
