The media could not be loaded.

First, let me list why I like this desktop and why it's not too bad for its price. Though advertised as a gaming PC, the computer works completely fine as a regular everyday use desktop. I can browse the web, have multiple tabs open, and it runs relatively smoothly. However, I have had issues arise with this computer. Namely, sometimes as I have multiple tabs open and iTunes open, the desktop tends to completely freeze both its audio/screen, and I am stuck with the audio making a glitching repeating noise very loudly, the only solution is to completely shut off the computer. I like to imagine its due to too much processing power for the PC and thats why its freezes up like that. Secondly, is the fact that I cannot play a single game on my Steam library. From CSGO, to Garry's Mod, and even Truck Simulator, every game is completely unplayable due to there being no real graphics card , even GTA SA did not load due to its not having the process power. To be honest, I was utterly dissapoitned upon finding this out, I had bought this PC to play video games like I used to back then. I know I can always buy my own graphics card and other upgrades, but I did not know I wouldnt even be able to play Minecraft or anything at all.

To conclude, the PC is perfect for regular use. As a college student, it provides the perfect set up to complete all my assignments while having multiple tabs open and applications. The computer itself becomes choppy here and there and my biggest downside to it is that I am completely unable to play any video games on it. You can always replace the parts if you know what you're doing, but unless you're like me and just want to settle for the cheapest and closest thing to a 'gaming' PC would be this. It is only good for average use and doesnt go beyond that, if you were looking for a PC to play games on and stream this is not it, buy an actual computer worth your money. No real hate towards the company though, I personally love the computer since it suits my needs for the most part. Plan on upgrading its components to hopefully be able to actually use my Steam library one day.

I've had 2 issues in 2 weeks of my purchase: after logging in it took several minutes to start up. I had to unplug it and push it back in. Secondly, I couldn't open apps on the taskbar I had to reset the PC.
They specified that you'd need to add a better graphics card to make it a gaming PC. But some games run alright without it.
The keyboard is decent.. not mechanical and the keys w,a,s,d, and e are kinda worn out so it's difficult to see, but it's a free keyboard so it's fine.

A week later and I'm now having issues with the wifi adaptor. It keeps disconnecting me from the wifi. I first thought it was because the computer was on the floor, so I moved it on the table. It disconnects from the wifi randomly now which is very annoying.

*Update 5 months later*
The wifi adaptor broke, the led lights won't turn on and the PC keeps turning off and on. Trying to find a website that can tell me why this is happening

It's a good working computer but the cord for one of the led strips stared smoking and almost caught fire. Im still trying to figure out why because 5volts should not be enough to cause this. All in all the computer works great for what I need it for but the lights on it might not be the best. It happened so fast that I ended up breaking my display adapter trying to unplug the computer. 4 stars for the computer itself but 1 burning sun for the custom lens.
