Never mind it is 24hrs in my possession and I paid for 2 More years. Nevermind I I am sending my other HP back because it stopped working completely before 1 year and I had to pay for another year on this product. HP are crooks. I am done with HP products

Runs EXTREMELY slowly, even right out of the box with no additional files or software downloaded. The keyboard tends to lag and the keys are not very sensitive at all, focusing you to stress-type. The mouse pad is also lacking, and tends to be glitchy. I had the previous model of the HP Stream, and am so disappointed that this one does not live up to the last one I had. Poor choice even for a basic web-browsing computer.
