Was a little doubtful but after research decided to give it a try. works better and faster. touch screen is handy but she bought a new blue mouse. She loves this laptop Think it might be as fast as my Large desk top And it is fast Heck of a buy and great customer support.

So. Context. I'm from a country in Africa. This specific country is wonderful and all... But we are so awfully bad and behind with tech. Soooo this is my first SSD Computer. I love it. The Ryzen 5 in this baby is snappy and stays very quiet. I edit video in Da Vinci Resolve and do a lot of system intensive stuff. Honestly it handles it like a dream. The Vega graphics aren't the best ever... But they give my old GTX 750Ti a go on most titles. Love typing on this keyboard. Number row!!

Only downside is when you're outside. The glare from screen and brighhave a tough time. Otherwise very happy with the colour and screen quality.

Speakers are really good..
Just their positioning doesn't do the listing experience any favours when you place it in tent mode.

Usb-c all the things! Charge usb port works Sometimes and not other times with the lid closed... Not a huge thing but noteworthy.

The build quality is amazing..

Touch is still new in this country.. And I use the touchscreen mostly vor dj and Lighting software. 10 finger touch is just the best.

The only negative thing i can think of it is, its decently on the heavy side and the hinge while using in obtuse angles has a wobbly feel to it. Although this didn't make a big difference to me as i mostly use it on a desk, it could be a factor for someone who has a more mobile use for it.

Beware of the HP Envy

The HP Envy x360 with the model number m6-aq003dx has a serious flaw. At some point the Windows updates will cause the keyboard to stop working. The guy at the repair shop says this is a consistent problem with this particular model. The solution is to stop updating Windows which is not an acceptable solution. HP needs to recall, repair or replace this model for the current owners. Major fail. It locked up again within 24 hours.
