Very nice, very sleek laptop. Booted up with no problems. Had many, many accessories installed. My only problem with it is that it has two usb ports and no cd drive. That was resolved by acquiring a drive and multiport accessory locally. I cleaned out the unwanted software and am getting used to windows 11 which is different than windows 10. I am happy.

This laptop makes me so mad. I want to love it, I really do. The screen is huge, I love the memory space, and when it runs, it runs beautifully. When I received it, though, I heard a component sliding around inside the machine. I actually returned my first laptop immediately and received another, which ALSO had a sliding component. Silly me, I thought maybe the sliding sound was just a feature of this machine. It worked alright for a while, then I started getting sporadic Black screen blue error messages like in my picture. Only 2 months after receiving it, I sent it off to HP, TWICE, to get fixed or replaced. They went the fixing route. That was in July 2022. Now we are in Jan 2023, and I'm getting the same error messages. Dealing with HP customer support not only takes hours of my life I'll never get back, but is some of the slowest and poorest customer service I've had the displeasure of dealing with. This is the last HP I'll be purchasing.

Due to what I had to do, I could not return it as I needed the computer for work. This is the second HP computer I have had. It's not nearly as good as the first one I bought. It was totally unfair for AMAZON to sell a refurbished machine as new. Nothing in the fine print on the Amazon website indicated this computer was refurbished. Normally Amazon states if an item is refurbished. I think Amazon should at least give me a partial refund, but they won't. Bezos is too much of a money grubber.
