I've installed RAID cards before, some are better than others, but this one was one of the harder cards I've set up. If you are a first time RAID installer you might have issues getting through their Web Browser setup procedure. (You will need to run Firefox to get into it.) The little instruction booklet is a one size fits all - and has basic instructions. In my case using Windows 7, not much matched up. As I said having done this before, I had some idea of the direction to go, but this install was not all that intuitive. The card does work well however, once it's up and running.

As far as the vendor, the it came on time, and the price was fair.

There are better ways to go - so two stars, maybe 3 on a good day. Today is not a good day.
