I am pleasantly surprised with the results!! It’s only been a month but I have genuinely noticed hair growth (aka my roots have suddenly become super obvious) and my brows are filling in nicely. I have never had trouble with thin hair or sparse brows, but I color my hair blonde, have occasional temper tantrums while brushing and/or styling my hair, etc., and this has helped maintain my hair and brows. I’ve tried hair growth vitamins and lotions in the past but they’ve either made me feel sick or I wouldn’t stick to them because they were gloppy and made my scalp look oily. My niece, who has thin hair like mine, recommended these so I thought what the heck, I’ll try them. I was pretty shocked when I looked in the mirror and saw little baby hairs at my forehead hairline. It has taken about 2 bottles to get to this point but I had to stop taking them for 2 weeks because I was having blood drawn and biotin can skew the results of one of my tests. So I knew I’d be starting back at square one pretty much. I take two gummies every morning because the B12 tends to give me more energy than I’d want at night. A plus is that they taste great!! I just ordered two more bottles and plan to stick with this. I’m 60 and my hair has gotten so thin that I can see into my scalp in the front so I’m hoping these will correct that, at least to some degree. My hair is also growing super fast and that’s probably due to these. Wish they’d make my eyelashes grow!

1) taste - literally taste like candy, may have once (or twice!) eaten more than the suggested serving of 2 gummies
2) effectiveness - nails used to be so brittle and break off easily, they are so strong now and grow fast; am on the third or fourth bottle, and my hair definitely seems to be growing faster than normal! not sure about thickness, though
3) value - you get about a month's worth of gummies in this bottle, in my opinion it's worth it for the results i've been getting

to anyone thinking about trying it out, i would say test it out for about three months before deciding to toss. after the 3 month mark is really where you start to see results. yes that's $75 but if you're really looking for healthy and longer nails and hair then it is worth it.

also note - i did break out from this, as a lot of people do with biotin. i just made sure to incorporate anti-acne products in my routine (specifically neutrogena oil-free acne control) which has helped me a lot.

Die HAIR SWEET HAIR finde ich sehr lecker. Sie sind sehr fruchtig und haben einen gute Konsistenz. Das "Naschen" macht so richtig Spaß - das Einnehmen vergesse ich sicher nicht. Die Hair Sweet Fruchtgummis sind sehr lecker, deshalb muss ich aufpassen, das ich die Tagesdosis von 2 Gummibärchen nicht überschreite. Ich finde es gut, das man Vitamine nun auch in Gummibärchen packt. So fällt es mir viel leichter, diese täglich einzunehmen. Da ich Vegetarier bin, sind auch diese Hair Gummis für mich geeignet. Ich nehme die Fruchtgummis aber noch nicht so lange, das ich einen Haarwachstum feststellen konnte.

Generell sollte man mit Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sehr aufpassen! Die empfohlene Tagesdosis bei Vitamin B12 liegt beispielsweise bei 4 Mikrogramm, während dieses Nahrungsergänzungsmittel 850 Mikrogramm enthält was, wie man sehen kann, 34.000 % der empfohlenen Tagesdosis entspricht. Auch das Biotin ist mit einer 10.000 % höheren Tagesdosis sehr hoch angesiedelt.

Grundsätzlich spricht nichts dagegen, jedoch sollte man solche Mittel auch nach kurzer Zeit wieder absetzen. Die Bären schmecken recht gut. Mir persönlich gefällt der Mix aus der Süße und dem säuerlichen sehr. Verdauungsbeschwerden o. ä. konnte ich ebenso wenig feststellen, wie sonstige Nebenwirkungen.

Alles in allem empfinde ich persönlich die Dosierung, wie bei den meisten Nahrungsergänzungsmittel als deutlich zu hoch. Nichtsdestotrotz gebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen und eine Kaufempfehlung für all diejenigen, die auf kurzem Wege ihren Mangel entgegenwirken wollen. Zudem sind diese Gummis für Vegetarier und legaler geeignet.
