Here's a quick rundown of the habits:
Be Proactive: Take charge of your life, don't just react to it. Focus on what you can control and take initiative.
Begin with the End in Mind: Craft a vision for your life to guide your decisions. Think of it as creating a blueprint before building a house.
Put First Things First: Prioritize effectively using Covey's Time Management Matrix. Focus on what's urgent and important.
Think Win-Win: Seek mutually beneficial solutions in your interactions, promoting cooperation and fairness.
Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood: Practice empathic listening before sharing your own perspective. Understand before being understood.
Synergize: Value teamwork and collaboration, recognizing that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Sharpen the Saw: Continuously renew and improve yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Not at all self helpy like I thought it was going to be. Straight to the point and makes you ask yourself some difficult questions. The way Stephen makes you realise that your actions, even small ones, are allowing everyone else to control your life is phenomenal. Really played to my stubborn and independent side and a complete paradigm shift for me. I'm getting my circle of influence well in check!
Nice added material from Sean Covey too. I'll be ordering his teen version of the book for my sons!
Je vous recommande à lire !
