Here is how you use this product: after cleansing, do not dry your face - apply a dime/nickle size to your wet skin, gently massage, in a circular motion, it into the face for at least 30 seconds, and then let it air dry. Trust me it is an amazing product if you follow these steps. I tried it dry and it did nothing and felt like it caused dry skin, but it transformed my skin when applied wet. It shrank my pores, reduced redness and tightness, and improved my tone. My skin is very sensitive and I can develop dark red cheeks in 2.5 seconds if something disagrees with my skin. I have not had this reaction with this product. I live in a four seasons environment with extreme lows and highs so my skin can range from combo/oily, combo/dry to all over dry.

Moisturize without feeling greasy

Purchased after watching Dr. Drey on YouTube. I double cleanse my face. On my final rinse, I do not dry my face, I leave the water on. Then I apply a quarter size amount to my face, eye and neck areas. Any cream left on my hands is massaged into the back of my hands up to and including my elbows. (I do this with all my facial skincare products and my hands look fantastic!) The cream is tacky until it dries after a minute or two. Then my face feels plumped up, moisturized without being greasy at all and glowy. I do use other products with this cream so I cannot fully credit this product alone, but the nasal folds on my face are so much better. I've seen some slight improvements on my frown lines but they are still quite there. I will most definitely purchase again.

Great for sebhorreic dermatitis!

It's one of the rare products that doesn't have a single ingredient that will irritate sebhorreic dermatitis. It helped my skin feel so much more elastic and comfortable and bounce back to its youthful glow while I continue to treat the dermatitis. I use it every day and night, and will definitely keep it in my routine even when the dermatitis is gone.

I bought this along with the anti-aging hydrator and use both in conjunction. I have always taken VERY good care of my skin -- and I had used a very expensive line of products that cost upwards of $200 for years. I'm 68, and on social security now, so I can't afford the line I once could. My skin was really showing it and was showing age that it hadn't before. I met a woman when out shopping and her face was absolutely glowing. She was older than I am. I asked her what she used, and she told me about Hada Labo. I don't know her name, but I bless her. I logged onto amazon and bought the skin plumping gel cream and the anti-aging hydrator and began to use them. Within two days, I saw a difference so remarkable that I am returning for more products. This is my third day -- and it just keeps getting better. I have actually seen lines diminish after just two days. My skin is firm and "bouncy". I am now ordering the skin whitener to see how it can help age spots. If amazon ever stops carrying these products, I'll stop shopping at amazon.

First of all I had never heard of this product before, I do sweat by any and most kind of “gel” creams cause they seem to be the only ones that work with my skin type to retain and obtain moisture levels. I first heard of this product while watching Dr. Dray video son YouTube and I am so glad I jumped on it and bought it. From my first application I noticed and I agent film of awesome hydration on my skin. I use this twice daily (morning and night).

Morning: step 1. Cleanse with CeraVe flaming facial cleanser or use witch hazel with a pad to freshen up
2. Rose water spray or just water drops from when I shower 😂 don’t pat dry!
3. Hada Labo awesome plumping gel cream!
4. SUNSCREEN all day everyday

Nighttime: 1. Cleanse wit CeraVe
2. Don’t pat skin dry!
3. Hada Labo awesome plumbing gel cream!
*sometimes I pair it with CeraVe PM facial moisturizing lotion (ultra lightweight)

This gel cream has been a beautiful addition to my skin care routine. Had definitely become a staple on my regimen. I’m scared they’ll stop selling it so I might bulk buy a bit just to make sure I don’t run out 😂

I am constantly looking for new, non-surgical facial treatments for wrinkles and I will not consider surgery. I am 63 years old and had significant wrinkles around my mouth, eyes and between the brows. I had been able to see some improvement with an Avon product but that has been discontinued. I've tried others, from Estee Lauder to Strivictin and this is the only one that I see improvement in the deepness of the wrinkles!! I am surprised, given that it is not an over-priced product!! There is no product I am aware of on the market that completely removes wrinkles, other than with surgery, but I am very impressed with how much difference this product has made!! I will definitely buy it again!!

I have been using this product for 2 weeks now. My skin in normal to dry. This cream-gel is unscented which is great for any face product. So far, my face feels soft and appears hydrated. It has not plumped my skin or improved any fine lines. I have noticed that after about 8 days of daily use twice a day, I have been getting 1-2 white heads every other day. I do not get pimples this often usually just once a month. I am beginning to think that something in this product may be the cause. Before this product, I was using Cerave PM Moisturizering Lotion which did not cause any pimples and hydrated my skin. When I am done with this jar of Hada Labo I don't think I will buy another jar. I will just use the Cerave as it works well with my skin.

*If things change for the better by the time I finish this jar, I will edit this post otherwise it will stay as is.
