Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
I'd checked this book out at the local library before buying it, so I knew it was what I wanted. The grapefruit and ginger cordial was my first try--and was quite a hit at Thanksgiving dinner. A nice addition to either sparkling water or wine. Some of the recipes are more involved than I want to try at this point, and many are clearly not American larder items, but that makes it all the more fun.
