Unique Pulse Feature

Incorporating flour or other dry ingredients can sometimes be a mess with traditional hand mixers. The slow-speed pulse function gives you more control and prevents splattering. Just pull the speed control switch back to Pulse and slowly combine the ingredients. Then adjust to a higher speed as needed. Need a quick burst of speed? Press and hold the Burst button for additional power at any speed.

Bowl Rest

Setting the mixer on the counter can create messy drips. Use the Bowl Rest while adding ingredients or checking a recipe. Simply turn off the mixer and set the mixer on the edge of the bowl. The mixer is stabilized and any drips fall back into the bowl instead of onto your counter.

Cookie Dough Mixing Tips

Use a large mixing bowl so that the ingredients spread out for easier mixing. Butter or margarine should be at room temperature. Add flour one cup at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Chips and nuts should be stirred by hand.
