This thing is amazing for the price! I did a LOT of research before purchasing this one, and I was a little skeptical. A lot of juicers have similar reviews, such as: pulp in juice, pulp is moist, metal shavings in juice, smell of a burning motor. I'll tell you my thoughts on all this, keep in mind, I am a novice juicer, have only used this juicer, and have only used this thing three times (granted I'm juicing for two weeks worth of juice at a time, so about 30 min or so use at a time, so good experience with it).
Pulp in juice: yes, pulp gets in the juice. What I have noticed is there is a VAST amount of pulp if you let it build up near the top where it is thrown out. Simply shake the juicer a bit and maybe knock where it's stuck to get it to fall into the trash container. Doing this significantly reduced the pulp in the juice.
Pulp is moist: yes, it's a bit moist. I don't feel as if I could squeeze juice out of it though. It's definitely not wet, and while I have limited juicing experience, I've read reviews of a $500 juicer doing the same thing. It's not that much of a waste.
Metal shavings in juice: I have not experienced this and I can almost guarantee people are experiencing this because they don't read directions. Directions say to make sure the strainer is pushed down and locked into place. I've seen pictures where it clearly looks like people have not done that.
Smell of burning motor: I have experienced this, but only because I pushed the motor too hard, one time, in the beginning. It's not the most powerful motor out there, but with a little common sense (back off pressing down on the product and let the motor spool back up) it works just fine, even with beets.
To add, clean up is a lot of work and can be time consuming? It's not a big deal if you don't do it often. I make two weeks worth of juice at a time, and including clean up, it takes 45 min to 1.5 hours, depending on my workflow.

I purchased to help with my juice fast. It came pretty much assembled, just had to remove the protective bags and cardboard. First use was on apples, it's a powerful juicer and the apple juice was so tasty, no pulp or skin in the juice. Easy to clean, as it came with a brush to scrub the strainer basket. It wasn't complicated to disassemble either, the two latches on each side make it simple to remove and wash the separate parts. I love it so far! Only con, I wish the pulp container had a latch to attach to the base, if you make the mistake of moving the juicer it separates and makes a mess. Overall great purchase!

I gave it as a gift and it was perfect she said... Except it didn't come with the attachment to catch juice.

- The juicer arrived on time and all set to use. I didn't have to assemble the pieces together.
- Very easy to use
- Very easy to clean
- Instruction Manual is easy to read and follow (you have to clean everything right after you use it as fruit/vegie pieces can get stuck in the mesh strainer and hard to clean. This can effect how good the juicer can juice the fruits/vegies)
- Not very big, I live in a small apartment and very little counter space & cabinets. However this juicer fits just fine.
Con:
- It gets a little messy as the pieces of the fruits can fly out
- There was no Juicer Cup, so the juice splatters all over
- It's very loud
- The juicer creates foam on top
There are more pros than the cons. Even with the cons, this is a good juicer and works great. At the end of the day, you are getting healthy fresh juice!
I would recommend to buy this one!
