Before I submit my review for this product, let me make a suggestion. Internet sites that publish product ratings must come up with a review standard. We live in an era in which standards have made lives easy. For example, I buy a light bulb without a worry because I know it will fit. Any DVD I buy works on my system: they all follow the same standard.
I have read product reviews where customer service problems are combined with product quality. Unfortunately, publishers of product ratings have combined both. If the product is good, but the customer service is poor, I can always buy from a different seller.
Let us begin the year with a standardized product review that will help the buyer.
Now my review:
1. Have I used any other type of this product?
• No. I have nothing to compare this with
2. How long have I had this product?
• Only two months, but I have used it more that five times.
3. List of the positive aspects that I know so far.
• Then crock (that contains the food) is made of heavy material, very descent inside, microwavable, can be placed in the oven as well as the refrigerator and very easy to clean.
• The settings are easy
• The system looks pretty
4. List of the negative aspects
• I am used to countertop and microwave ways of cooking which take minutes. Now I am learning the meaning of slow cooking. If I want the food to be ready in minutes, I may not use a slow cooker.
• My 5-QT crock will take a large space in the refrigerator. I usually transfer the food into smaller bowls for refrigeration

• I think this product is doing what it is expected to do.
• The user manual is small, but it contains most of the instructions. That I need
• May be too heavy for Grand Ma to move around
• In general, a slow cooker is a great idea, but I don’t think it can completely replace conventional oven. For example, the cooking times of several recipes on the Internet are base on conventional method of cooking.

I just recently needed a new crockpot. I have only used this once and let me tell you I can't wait to it again. Very simple, great size and easy clean up. I was debating between a slow cooker or an Instant Pot and decided on the slow cooker because I just knew I wasn't going to use all of the functions of the Instant Pot. I can't wait to plan my next meal. I'm sorry my picture isn't of the food in the slow cooker. I had already cleaned up when I decided to write this review.
