No more lost beaters. The snap-on storage case that comes with the Hamilton Beach hand mixer neatly holds the 2 beaters and whisk in one easy-to-find place, reducing the chance that the attachments are lost or misplaced.
Easily handles a variety of recipes. With 6 different speed options plus a QuickBurst button for an extra burst of power when you need it, this electric hand mixer prepares every recipe with ease.
Everything you need to start mixing. This hand mixer comes with 2 traditional beaters and a whisk that are dishwasher safe. After mixing, simply press the speed dial to eject the attachments from the mixer without getting your hands messy.
Powerful mixing performance. The 250 watt peak-power motor provides all the power you need for every mixing job, whether you're adding chocolate chips and nuts to cookie dough or making fluffy whipped cream.
More stability, less tipping. The Bowl Rest feature frees your hands by stabilizing the kitchen hand mixer on the edge of the bowl, so drips end up in the bowl and not on your countertop.

Can’t wait to use it. Replacing one I received as a wedding gift 30 years ago. Only thing I’m concerned about is the box appearance. It looks like it was kicked or thrown around before it was packaged for delivery.
With expanding my cooking skills I wanted something more than just mixing stuff by hand. This works well, blending, whipping, mixing and beating. This saves me time and a tired arm now I don't have to do it by hand anymore. Simple controls and it stores small too.
I use this all the time and love it! It comes with a handy storage feature that stores the attachments and the cord with the unit so you don't have to go hunting for everything when it is time to use it. Plenty of power for the typical kitchen jobs. Whips egg whites faster and better than my counter top mixer (which weighs a ton).
The mixer itself works just fine and as intended. It's a very low-cost option that seems well worth the small asking price. The container that attaches to the bottom of the mixer is a neat idea that works really well for storing the beaters and whisk (which all come with the mixer), along with the power cord. The only design flaw is that the power cord sticks out about 2.5 inches to one side of the mixer/container once it's together. It should have been designed to fold into the container itself or come out of the mixer at a different location. It takes up an extra 2.5 inches of space in your cupboard because of this and would be perfect for use and storage if not for that weird quirk/flaw. Not a deal breaker for me though, I just made extra room for it. :)
I needed a new mixer and this one is perfect. More compact that my old one and easy to hold. I like that the tub holds the attachments and cable. Mixes great, powerful and well made. White is a good color that is easy to keep clean and wipe down.
This hand mixer is medium sized and comes equipped with two traditional beaters and a whisk attachment. It also comes with a snap on storage case so you can store all the parts together. This keeps you from having to go on a scavenger hunt in your drawers every time you need your beaters. The mixer has a bowl rest feature and runs on 6 speeds with a quick burst button. Peak power is 250 watts. In the past, I have used both hand mixers and stand mixer and depending on the situation, I enjoy using both of them. When I purchased this product and decided to write the review, I decided to research the advantages of using a hand mixer. I read many articles that elaborated on the benefits of using a hand mixer, but the one that peaked my interest was published by Craftsy. It talked about a hand mixer vs a stand mixer and their differences. It also laid out the advantages and disadvantages of both of them and I want to share them with you now.
HAND MIXERS: A handheld device of which there are: EGG BEATER: This is a hand held device with a crank on the side that's connected to beaters (usually two). It i operated using two hands - one to hold a handle on the top to keep the beater steady and the other hand to operate the crank, creating the beating. ELECTRIC HAND MIXER: Basically, this is a more modern version of the egg beater type mixer, but with a motor (pictured here). A motor is encased in a top section which has a handle (not unlike an iron). It is the motor that moves the beaters rather than cranking a handle. ADVANTAGES OF HAND MIXERS: Less expensive than a stand mixer Quick and easy clean up It takes up minimal space in your kitchen Well suited to quick tasks such as whipping cream or egg whites Because the beaters are not fitted to a particular mixing bowl, you can use a hand mixer in any type of bowl DISADVANTAGES OF HAND MIXERS: With a smaller motor, it's mixing capability isn't as strong as a stand mixer Because the bowl will not be in a fixed position, it can be easy to splash what you're mixing out of the bowl if you don't have a steady hand If a batter is very thick, it can be difficult to maneuver the smaller mixer through it in a mixing bowl STAND MIXERS: Stand mixers have a frame that acts as a housing for a heavier-duty motor than a hand mixer as well as a mounting base for a bowl. The bowl is designed to fit the mixer and lock in place during the mixing. Usually, stand mixers will have various mixing attachments including a flat beater (paddle), a whisk and a dough hook. ADVANTAGES OF STAND MIXERS: The large mixing bowl helps avoid splashing batter out of the bowl The stable bowl allows you to walk away from the bowl. If you're mixing something for 5 minutes, you don't have to be holding the bowl and mixer the whole time Mixing is much quicker, even with a thick batter or dough Stand mixers are more likely to come with bells and whistles, such as timers, automatic stop and other programmable settings DISADVANTAGES OF STAND MIXERS: Cleaning the various parts can be cumbersome Stand mixers are significantly more expensive than hand mixers They are heavy and large and take up a big chunk of kitchen 'real estate' MIXING BY HAND: Before mixers, people would beat things by hand. If you don't own a mixer, you can technically perform any of the jobs they do by hand. WHEN IT'S BEST TO MIX BY HAND If a recipe calls for eggs 'lightly beaten' - simply do this using a fork If a recipe calls to 'fold in' - it's often best to do this by hand Mixing over heat - for instance when you're melting chocolate and you have to stir frequently
I personally purchased this particular hand mixer so that I could mix homemade skin care and beauty products. I own other mixers, but I use them for food prep. Although some of the stuff I make is food grade, I didn't want to share my kitchen mixer with my beauty products. If you've never owned a mixer before, it's best to start with a simple hand mixer such as this one. On the other hand, if you own a stand mixer, you would also greatly benefit from using this hand held mixer. So, to sum it up, you should really buy this hand mixer.

The speed is a bit high on the lowest setting, bit that also means the speed at the highest setting is good and strong. I just stir a bit without turning it on until a good portion of the dry is mixed in then turn it on to mix it properly. It's shiny and beautiful! There's s Tim that is indented all the way around, which makes it a little bit harder to clean as flour gets inside the rim, not it's not a big deal really. It's just if I want it squeaky clean. It mixed very well. The beaters have to be turned a certain direction to be able to be clicked into place, so you have to look inside to see that you have them in the right direction. So that's a little bit of s pain. But all in all I'll give them 5 stars since this is a really good machine.
Lots of people listing issues with this mixer. No issues from me...all the beater (3) and the cord fit easily into the storage container with no problem. And no issue removing the mixer from the plastic container. The lowest speed (#1) does not throw liquid all over the place, nothing ever left the bowl. Yes, it seems faster than it should be, be if it was any slower, you could just mix by hand! All the beaters snap into place as expected, and did not fall out during use. My only issue was the first shipment I received only included the storage container, no mixer, no beaters. The box had been opened and was not shipped in a second box, just the manufacturer box. Obviously someone had stolen the mixer and beaters at some point. Was able to return to Amazon with no problems. I ordered a second mixer, and the second shipment arrived (inside a second box) and contained all the pieces. Our previous Hamilton Beach mixer was over 20 years old, and still works, but lost a beater and cannot find one to fit our old mixer.
Do not make the mistake of buying this product. This is not authorised for sale in India and if you face any issue neither seller or Amazon or Hamilton Beach will help you. Our product stopped working in just a month and now it’s junk.
This a great hand mixer. When our stand mixer conked out I needed a good replacement. This mixer fills the bill. It comes a whisker attachment as well as th two standard beaters, All three are easy to install in the mixer body. It also has storage case so that you do not have untangle the cord before using. The only drawback is the speed controls and on/off switch could have been better designed
