These Stainless Steel Kadai lets you serve your curries in style, yet they are so much easier to maintain than their copper cousins. Length 7.75 inch (including the handles), Width 6.0, Height 2.0, Diameter 6.0 and Capacity 16 oz (filled comfortably without overflowing). They will give you Indian Cuisine and authentic and decorative look. It is hand-crafted with two layers of metal which actually help to preserve the dish hot for a long period of time. Both layers are made of the highest quality stainless steel, with the outer layer hand hammered in a uniquely Indian style giving the dish an added beauty. The twin handles are also stainless steel making maintenance a breeze. Although Kadais are made for cooking, these Stainless Steel Kadais are meant for serving. The two layers of metal help in preserve the dish hot while sitting on the table. Thoroughly wash and dry the Kadai before the first use. For everyday cleaning, hand washing in hot, soapy water and drying it thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing is recommended to maintain the best appearance of the Kadai. Use nonabrasive pads and stainless steel cleaner to remove discoloration and stains. Do not use abrasive pads and steel brushes as they may scratch the surface. For the occasional dried-on food, let the Kadai soak in warm soapy water for about an hour.
