Totally satisfied with this hamper. It arrived in perfect shape except for one little scratch on the front. The directions said it would take two adults to assemble but I had no trouble in that area. The trouble I had was more specific. The two screws provided to attach a front piece of wood were not long enough. I bought two screws I/4" longer and they worked perfectly. I had to take the top off and reattach it several times before I figured out what the problem was and what was needed to fixed it, but the system of bolts and locks used to assemble this hamper was easy to use. The color is exactly as pictured and it's very stylish. It is just the right size to sort and hold a single person' dirty clothes. It's not for a family of three or more people.

Nice looking but smaller compartments than I thought

First of all, the box is incredibly heavy. If you have to get it up any stairs, you will need help.

I've seen many reviews complaining about the directions. They are pretty good except one page, which is pretty confusing, and I'm quite good at these things. I ended up having to undo cams and switch panel placement, but other than that it is fairly easy to assemble, although it is tricky getting the hampers in place. Once the unit is complete there are still some gaps, but most of them are hidden.

My main complaint is that the hampers themselves are quite a bit smaller than I imagined. They are large enough to fit a set of queen sized sheets, 2 extra pillow cases, and a bath towel into, but no more than that. I suppose that is decent enough, but I pictured each one holding an oversized load of laundry, and they do not.

Also, the Velcro liners don't have any handles, so if the compartment is very full, it can be difficult to get them out and carry the laundry to the machine. Beware that the hampers automatically tilt back into the unit, which is ok, except that you can't leave them tilted out and put several items in one after the other. It did get my hand once.

Overall is is very attractive, and is a good space saver, but don't expect to replace three full-sized laundry hampers with this unit.

Got this promptly and the "some assembly required" routine started as soon as received the parcel. It was packaged very well and I could see that the quality looked good. Tools are included but I used my own screw driver. The instructions were good although I did manage to get one part wrong and had to flip after reversing a step. Otherwise it went together very well. This is a very sturdy piece of furniture with a top quality design. We have a mobile and wanted a hamper outside the door of our bath room so it is very visible when you walk by. It looks like a small cabinet table. We put some decorator items on the top. The swing out laundry bin is very rugged and solidly constructed. There is nothing flimsy or cheap about this product and it looks great.
This product is a good value for the price if you want a laundry hamper that looks like a fine piece of furniture and is in a visible area of your home and you don't want a hamper that looks like a laundry hamper.
Exceeded my expectations.

Hidden Dirty Laundry

No assembly required, very sturdy and an attractive piece of furniture. It was just what I was looking for to hide dirty clothes and not have a visual hamper in my bedroom. I would like the bins to be a bit larger but it works for me.
The first two that came were damaged in shipping. The seller quickly arranged for them to be picked up and the the next one was sent. He was also very quick to respond to my messages. I highly recommend dealing with his company.
The third one which I decided to keep had one bin slightly off center and a slight dent on one corner. It made me think that it was a second but I wanted no more dealing with sending it back.

I bought two of these to store dog and cat food in. When they arrived, one was damaged in shipping and the seller offered to give me a discount to keep it but the damage was on the top panel so I declined in favor of a replacement. Putting them together was easy and before I put the back panel on, I lined the inside of the bins with thick yard debris trash bags and tacked them down along the upper edges to keep the bags from moving out of place as the bins get empty. These bins look great and are very functional. Have held together well. Not sure I'd want to use them to hold laundry as they're not very big. If you do laundry often, they'd be fine but if you are a once a weeker, I'd look for something else.

Buyer Beware! This thing is (1) much smaller than it appears and (2) the design and instructions are horrible. If you actually follow the instructions, you will damage your product. I DID follow the instructions to the letter. It has you assemble the entire unit before installing the bins and then just jam the hinges in at the end. They are supposed to be spring expansion pins, but are so cheap they do not compress enough and, by following the instructions to the letter, I damaged the face of my furniture on one of the bins. I had to disassemble and put the bins in in order to save destroying my purchase completely. Absolute RIDICULOUS! (3) The particle board and varnish are so cheap, it off gassed for about 3 weeks, making my whole house smell like a chemical spill. If you have small children or pets, I would caution you letting them get anywhere near it! (4) The engineering is bad beyond just the instructions (although instructing you to damage your product is by far the most inexcusable part). Even fully assembled the bins do not shut to the same degree. Just doesn't look or work well.

This hamper assembles just like most IKEA furniture, though it does seem heavier and nicer quality. It looks just like the picture in terms of style. However I have to agree with other reviewers who were disappointed in how small this thing is. I really wanted a three compartment laundry bin that didn't look cheap or industrial. While this fits those requirements, it is so small, I can't decide if I should just go with a larger but not as pretty option. Maybe I'll just get a second one of these.
To repeat and summarize, this thing is pretty and well made, but very small.
