These binder have helped me clear some much-needed shelf space formerly utilized by a very large DVD collection. They're sturdy enough, but the manufacturer rates the binders of being capable of holding more sleeves (and consequently discs) than they are capable, leading to a couple of minor issues.
When loaded with the recommended 97 discs, the binders bulge outward at the opening, do not rest properly on the shelf, and consequently tend to lean to one side over time which warps the spine eventually. The solution, of course, is to load each binder with half as many pages, but this leads to needing more binders.
Currently, I haven't purchased more believing the box of six plus one would contain the DVD portion of my collection, and they do, but are bulging outward and leaning to the side.
This issue aside, this is such a fantastic solution to storage of disc media. I simply don't have the space to rip all these titles, many are rare and OOP, and I needed the shelf space. I do not store my sleeves with the discs as illustrated here, but separately so they may be preserves with the AMARAYs for later sale if necessary.
Great solution overall, but bear in mind to stick with the smaller number of sleeves recommended by the manufacturer.
