I will first say that if you’re not too fond of a really strong woody Pine scent that you shouldn’t purchase this product. It says that it promotes hair health and thickness so I’ve been using it on my mids to end and I’ve seen a huge difference. I’ve been oiling my hair for quite some time and just inputted cedarwood oil into my hair care routine and I will keep on doing it because my hair feels so Soft. I also mix the scent with lavender oil and it creates a really nice natural musk on your skin that I get a lot of compliments on.

I’d read that a number of insects tend to be repelled by a minty smell. A few weeks ago, we had an influx of termites around a window where the original redwood casing (termites don’t infest redwood) was replaced with ordinary lumber. I added this oil—1/4 cup to 3/4 water) and sprayed all around the window casing. The live termites died on the spot and no more returned. This has never happened before and it’s now been over two weeks and not a single termite has reappeared—plus it smells so much better than bug spray. Highly, and I mean highly recommend!!!

I was expecting the standard essential oil bottle size, but this is way bigger and for the same price. I'd recommend if you use essential oils a lot, and want a good value. I mainly use essential oils to help in repelling certain pests from my bedroom. It's not perfect (no "natural" things are really gonna be as effective as toxic chemicals against pests), but it's definitely noticeably effective and without the health risks that come from toxic chemicals like bugsprays.

If you have pets, make sure that you research which plants and plant oils are safe or toxic to your pet species.
