After reading some of the comments i was not sure about this box, but glad i gave it a shot!!! First of all two things that i cannot express enough is the shipping!!! My package was well secure and protected from any possible damages while being shipped was very impressed, second the customer service was amazing had a few question about my box and they helped me out gave me some advice on what to do in my area do too being way to dry (New Mexico). I love that it comes with the sliding drawer to add my lighter and cutters! The box is well made and of course gotta love the it brings a digital humidity indicator. I did notice it has a very tight seal compare to my last one that it was very loose which was hard to keep up with the humidity inside, i would recommend to anyone looking into this product to invest into it you wont regret it and you cant beat the price!

So little update on this product its been about a week since i received this product, i remember seeing comments about this product not holding its humidity or having a hard getting over 60%. Well mine has been holding well i usually keep my cigars between 68-70% and this product has been doing this just right, not to mention i live in New Mexico pretty dry but its been doing amazing! This morning woke up and i was sitting at 70% and holding! The seal is amazing on this box like i said well invested money. I will redo another review in a month to see how its doing :) hope this helps out a few! Also if seasoned correctly you wont have any issues!
