Product Description
HANDHELD MASSAGE AND ACUPRESSURE TOOL FROM SWEDEN- developed by a professional acupuncturist
In the modern society of today, work-related tasks and personal errands are usually carried out in front of a computer. As a consequence, most people suffer from neck, upper and lower back problems that negatively impact their life on a daily basis and drastically reduce quality of life.
The Happy Trigger has been developed to instantly relieve tension anywhere on your body –even hard to reach areas – without others’ help. Happy Trigger is a state-of-the-art hand-held massage and acupressure tool that is extremely easy to use. You can take this modern, stylish invention with you wherever you go. Try the Happy Trigger and enjoy pain relief like so many before you!
Many people use the happy trigger at their desk, in front of the TV, on the subway or bus, and following a work-out session. You deserve the freedom that a happy back brings you. By using the Happy Trigger, you can easily give yourself a relaxing massage wherever you are.
WHAT IS A TRIGGER POINT?
A trigger point is a tender, unrelaxed muscle. Trigger points usually occur in muscles that are overworked. When overworked muscle fibers are constantly activated, trigger points, also known as muscle knots, develop.
To effectively relax trigger points, a well-designed pressure head can promote blood circulation and pain relief
BACKGROUND
The Happy Trigger was developed by the professional acupuncturist Tobias Schon. He is one of thirteen acupuncturists in Europe, who is on Dr. Richard Tan's reference list of qualified acupuncturists. Dr Tan is currently one of the world's top acupuncturists and lecturers worldwide.
Tobias has been working as an acupuncturist since 2009. During his career, he has noticed that many of his clients suffer from neck, upper back and lower back problems. In 2011, in an effort to help his patients, he carefully developed the Happy Trigger to enable self-directed therapy. As a result, many of his patients have been able to expedite the recovery process and greatly reduce or eliminate their pain.
EXAMPLE OF AREAS OF TREATMENT
UPPER BACK
Relax your upper back and shoulder blades and place the happy trigger on a tender spot with both hands gripping the handle
By pulling the tool forward gradually you can decide how much pressure you apply to the muscle knot. Be gentle the first few times to avoid discomfort
For best results, use 10-second intervals
Apply focused pressure or, alternatively, move the acupressure head vertically and gently on the sore point, relax for 10 seconds, then repeat 2-3 times
To better reach the tight and tensed muscles, you can try an outward movement with your arm to further open up the shoulder blade
SHOULDER
Use one hand to grip the handle while placing the other on top of the steel
As you relax your shoulders, keep the acupressure head fixated on one point
Apply a gentle pressure or use soft pumping movements to ease tender muscles
If comfortable, turn your head to the opposite direction of pressure application for an even better result
NECK
Observe how to use the hands – one hand is gripping the handle and the other one is used merely as support
Put the acupressure head slightly below the skull, just over an inch sideways from the center of the neck
DO NOT apply pressure directly to the spinal column
Use small, light, circular movements to release tension

However, your cute brochure points out the anatomical trigger points anteriorly and posteriorly, but even my magnifier became useless. PLEASE use a larger font!!!!
I'm a therapist myself and know them triggers, and thank you for this tool :o)
Tell your customers to never go into pain but be firm and kind to the muscle at the same time.
