After only receiving 10 hangers as the “20 piece” means 10 hangers in total cause the two pieces of the hanger you must build, the customer service team reached out and refunded me my money. They have great customer service.

Poor Quality and Missing Pieces

Received only 10 hangers not 20. There is no way for me to contact the seller to retrieve the missing 10 hangers. Furthermore, the hangers are not very wide and leave a lot of slack in the fabric causing wrinkles and creases in my 32 inch waist pants and shorts.

I wanted hangers that all matched and could hang my jeans length wise. The hangers do come unmade so you have to screw in the hook part to each of them but that didn’t take very long. They look nice in the closet and my jeans don’t fall off of them. Will likely buy another set for skirts/shorts.
