I've seen a considerable amount of bad information being provided in the question and answer section. I'll do my best to explain a few things... these are installed on a 2014 RAM 1500 4X4 pickup truck. These are not "Load Range E" tires (your reasons for needing or wanting Load Range E tires are your own) however... these Hankook tires have a "Load Index Rating of 113" which supports 2,535 pounds (each) which is a higher rating than some "Load Range E" tires on the market. Two of these Hankooks on your rear axle would be 5,070 pounds of support; four of these Hankooks would be a total of 10,140 pounds. A half ton truck is going to have a total GVW of 7,000 pounds or less (check your manufacturer door tag). These tires are MORE than enough for any 1/2 ton truck. You can do a Google search to find a Tire Load Index Rating Chart.
I also occasionally pull a 7,000 pound GVW trailer which puts at most 1,050 pounds tounge weight on the truck. Furthermore; this truck is used commercially so is required to enter all commercial DOT road inspections here in NYS. I have never had an issue with using these tires (and believe me... the NYS Police check for ANY reason to put a commercial vehicle out of service). The four tires EXCEED the trucks GVWR therefore are 100% legal.
I've also seen answers telling people if your trucks door sticker says (example) "80 PSI" you can't use these because these are only 45 PSI tires. That's completely false. You fill the tire to the PSI that is listed on the TIRE and you will have zero problems. My door tag says "80 PSI". These tires are 45 PSI. I have had zero issues and no low PSI warnings.
You can purchase whatever tires you feel you need to but in my opinion these Hankooks are great and THEY ARE on a 2014 RAM 1500 4X4, THEY ARE run between 43 and 45 PSI with ZERO issues. This truck is driven daily and I've got about 36,000 miles on them since October...
