I purchased three of these sensors to monitor the resistivity of a bank of three mixed bed DI tanks. I had to use a resistivity monitor since the trigger point for the tank change out was at 10 Megohm instead of the usual 1 or 2 Megohm idiot lights. The meters worked fine but I had one dead sensor when I installed them and after a few months the other sensors went out also. After I went through two sets of sensors over a year of use, I tossed these units and bought some more expensive but hopefully more reliable units. I think the problem was that the sensors were on pressurized lines that had 60 - 80 psig and eventually the water would force itself into the interior of the sensor.

The manual is very simple but explains what you need to know to set the controller up. I didn't use these as controllers, but only as displays with a threshold alarm (light from green to reddish/orange). The sensor input wiring is not spelled out so you can't just pull a quality sensor from another company and stick it on here.

My take, unless you are operating under very low pressure, do not waste your time with these. Also the accuracy leaves a lot to be desired, but as basic threshold indicators they worked OK.
