I heard about this young artist via Joe Bonomassa's daily email. After listening to a few tracks on youtube I bought the album. It's full of very well written music performed with a lot of soul. Hannah is just as good a singer as she is a guitarist and she's a very fine guitarist. I have given this album a spin a couple times a week since I bought it. I missed her when her tour came through my area but I feel pretty confident that we'll be hearing much more from this excellent upcoming artist.
In my opinion there is a need for more musicians that are bringing back the heart of what a strong rock sound is like. She is quite comparable at ballads as well. Young and well talented, she, like a fine wine, will only get better with age.
It's just such a pleasure to find young people doing real music instead of the over-produced, namby-pamby, recycled crap they play on top 40 radio these days. If you've had enough of that pablum, you cannot go wrong with Hannah Wicklund!

Love this album. Discovered Hannah and the Steppin Stones at the Kaaboo Festival in San Diego in 2017. They are an amazing live act and this album carries over that energy to the studio. Can't wait to see this band again later this spring.
Hannah is an amazing guitarist and vocalist that's been blessed with tons of talent! This CD is incredible and I love the new versions of Looking Glass and Mama Said. Her first 2 releases were very good but this one really pulls it all together! If you ever have a chance to see them live and don't, your friends will tell you all about it later...lol! Rock On
